DoH led project on safe staffing in social work policy leading to safe staffing in social work guidance

This project is policy development and research based. It is a regional 5 Trust project looking initially at safe staffing in child protection and older people’s social work, but over time will look at all programs of care (mental health, disability, adoption and fostering etc). The goal is to develop safe staffing guidelines which will be applied regionally in NI in preparation for Safe Staffing legislation (source: Comments tab)
