•To design an OBA evaluation framework to support the continued roll out of the NEIC GAA Handball programme. •To conduct an OBA evaluation of the NEIC GAA Handball programme •To create a system towards the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the NEIC GAA Handball programme that can inform practitioners and participants on the success of the programme.
