Description
Building on schools outreach activities (UUBS Magee) and DICE Academy: Design Innovation Creativity Enterprise (LYIT), the aim is to map the approaches of teaching entrepreneurship in second level schools in the North West region. The aim is to map the baseline teaching of entrepreneurship skills at post primary level schools in DCandSDC and DCC to establish an understanding of the baseline teaching of Entrepreneurship Education in the region. The project will build on international best practice and develop workshops to help develop teaching education and curriculum development in the area of entrepreneurship and innovation. The findings should identify and assess new ways to approach the teaching of entrepreneurship through the development of effective pedagogy, curriculum development and teaching education at a cross border regional level.
