The aim of this study is to conduct a situational survey of critical cardiac anomalies in Brazil using epidemiological data such as prevalence, risk factors and outcomes before and after the implementation of pulse oximetry testing from large linked public databases and compare with data collected by European countries. And after the survey, investigate how the GBDDC application can improve the diagnosis and notification of critical cardiac anomalies in Brazil.
