I am a UK registered Optometrist, with an independent prescribing qualification. I completed a PhD (2017-2021) investigating the relationship between structure and function in the myopic visual pathway. This research was recently recognised in the national College of Optometrists research awards. I am currently part of the REVAMP study team (revamp-vision.com), a UK-wide colloboration between Cardiff University, UCL and Ulster University. The REVAMP project aims to find new and better ways to detect and monitor glaucoma. My main research interests are in myopia, glaucoma, visual psychophysics, retinal imaging and electrophysiology.
