Biography
Stephen Billington (PhD, QUB) is a Lecturer in Economics at Ulster University, and Programme Director for BSc (Hons) Economics.
His research focuses on economics and economic history, primarily in the areas of patents and innovation. He is also interested in the application of textual analysis techniques to the study of patent documents. His work has been published in Explorations in Economic History, European Review of Economic History, and Industrial and Corporate Change.
