PhD Researcher Profile
Stephanie began her PhD at the Ulster University Business School in 2019 under the supervision of Professor Pauric McGowan, Dr Laura Bradley-McCauley and Dr Alison Hampton. Stephanie’s research focuses on Zillennials, their entrepreneurial potential and the implications for the future of work. Stephanie is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
Prior to starting her doctorate, Stephanie received an (MSc) in Business Development and Innovation from Ulster University in 2017. She was awarded the Marketstall Award for International Business; the prize was awarded for top marks in the Global Business module, completed as part of the MSc.
