Sarshar Dorosti is a PhD researcher at Ulster University with a multidisciplinary academic background. He holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the NCCA at Bournemouth University, along with a second Master's in Animation and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. His interests include applying AI to design Brain-Computer Interaction games based on VR/AR, with a focus on brain research and well-being. He explores brain responses to generative systems and fractal animations using a complexity approach. In addition to publishing articles in prestigious journals and conferences, his artworks have received awards and have been showcased in various exhibitions and gallery spaces.
My current PhD research explores the enhancement of visuospatial working memory through adaptive virtual reality environments utilizing fractal patterns and multimodal data analysis, such as EEG and ECG, to investigate the interplay between cognitive complexity, mental load, and physiological responses.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
