Biography
Sabrina Minter is a Lecturer in Games Design at Ulster University and an active practitioner in her role as a Game Studio Director inside Northern Ireland's local games industry. Her research focuses on integrating industry-standard expertise into academic work, exploring how video game technologies, such as real-time rendering engines and game design pipelines can enhance traditional narrative practices. Sabrina has a particular interest in the dark and supernatural, exploring how these themes can use technology to enhance narrative depth and audience engagement. Her work emphasises cross-disciplinary collaboration and explores new methods for engaging audiences through interactive media.
