Biography

Paul is an early career researcher.His research concentrates on the role of critical reflection in initial teacher education and he has also published on the role of mentoring in initial teacher education. Teaching Interests: Course Director PGCE Physical Education, Module Coordinator for The Reflective Professional Module on the MEd programme, PhD supervisor and Masters Supervisor.
