Biography
Dr Mohamed Elnaem is a senior clinical pharmacy educator and researcher with extensive academic experience in higher education institutions across Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. Currently, he serves as a lecturer in clinical pharmacy and as chair of the Global PharmEd Optimise Research (GPOR) network at Ulster University. His areas of expertise include medicine optimisation, digital health, health service research, and pharmacy education. Dr Elnaem has built a robust research publication record in peer-reviewed journals and holds memberships and fellowships with several professional organisations, including the Higher Education Academy, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, the International Diabetes Federation, and the International Pharmaceutical Federation. He is also actively engaged in the academic community as an editorial board member and associate editor for leading pharmacy journals. His professional journey is distinguished by leadership in research initiatives, numerous editorial roles, and a commitment to advancing pharmacy practice and education through international collaboration and innovative research.
