Biography
Dr. Maqsood Mahmud is working as a faculty member at the school of computing. He is working with the Artificial Intelligence Research Center (AIRC). Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor in Business Analytics program at University of Bahrain.
His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Techno-Entrepreneurship etc. He is a senior member of IEEE. He published 70+ research articles in reputed conferences and ISI/SCi indexed journals. He has served as reviewer/editors of various international conferences and journals.
He worked on five funded projects. He is certified Trainer of the Trainer (ToT) for Web of Science (WoS) Clarivate Analytics, USA. He is found of delivering national and international talks and he delivered 17 invited talks.
Furthermore, he is also holder of two US Patents on commercialization of biometric data/template security and natural language processing. He has also been granted a senior fellowship (SFHEA) by Advance Higher Education (AdvanceHE) UK.
