Biography
Mairead Ferris joined the School of Law in 2006. She is an Associate Law Lecturer and her teaching and research interests are in the areas of Human Rights and Equality, Social Work Law and Public and Constitutional Law.Mairead is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She studied law at Ulster University graduating with a First Class Honours Degree in Law and Business Studies in 2002. Mairead qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and was awarded an LLM in Human Rights and Criminal Justice by Queens University Belfast in 2008 and the Advanced Diploma in Management Practice by Ulster University in 2014.
