Krzysztof Rodzeń has completed his PhD from Macromolecular Chemistry received at Charles University in Prague, connected with working as a researcher in the Department of Nanostructured Polymers and Composites in Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry PhD studies he worked on several topics concerning the synthesis of: amphiphilic block copolymers, nanoparticles, reversible crosslinked rubbers, pH- and temperature-responsive hydrogels, SiOC ceramic foams.
Currently working at Ulster University on research focused on CAD designing allowing for rapid prototyping by additive manufacturing techniques. His interest is focused on the optimization of 3D printed tools. That is connected with the development of new Advanced Composite Materials and novel approaches of 3D printing by Additive Manufacturing allowing to overcome anisotropy of the printed body.
