Research Interests

I am an archaeologist specialising in North Africa, with a particular focus on remote sensing and heritage protection. I am particularly interested in long-term changes to archaeological sites and landscapes, and the collection of historic aerial photography as a tool for long-term landscape assessment. Other research interests include the complexity of funerary landscapes and the impact of colonialism and imperialism on North African art and architecture.
