Biography

Dr Judith Woods is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Ulster University, Belfast. Her research interests primarily lie in the field of organisational behaviour in SMEs with particular emphasis on the areas of innovation, networking, coopetition and HRD. She has published her work in academic publications such as International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, Journal of Business Research, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development and IEEE Transactions. She has presented her work at national and international conferences and previously assumed the role of Associate Editor of the Leadership and Organizational Development Journal. She has experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
