Biography
Mrs. Jo-Anne Watson holds a Masters in Executive Leadership and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
She is a Lecturer in Management Development in the Department of Management, Leadership & Marketing, Ulster University Business School, Northern Ireland. She is Associate Course Director for the MSc Executive Leadership. Jo-Anne is Co-Chair of the UU Women's Network demonstrating her commitment to empowering others and promoting gender equality.
Research interests include student engagement and pedagogical practices in business schools.
