Biography
Mr Ian Bickerstaff is a lecturer in accounts, financial management, strategic management and entrepreneurship. He holds an Honours Degree in economics and an MBA.His research interests primarily focus on the teaching of entrepreneurship, specifically in hospitality and tourism. He is the department lead on academic enterprise and has coordinated many collaborative initiatives and research with industry.
