Biography

Franz Hoeritzauer is a Teacher Educator in Art and Design Education at the School of Education. With his background as a teacher, outdoor educator, and lecturer, Franz understands Northern Ireland's education system and the role that Art and Design plays therein.

His work primarily involves utilising art and design processes to enhance creativity plus purposeful experiences in schools and develop inclusion. He collaboratively works with examination authorities, Art and Design plus Inclusive based charitable groups, to promote the importance of inclusive education plus creative processes.

In his role, Franz shares his insights and research findings to stimulate debate about the role of inclusion and creativity in education. His efforts are focused on improving education for all.
