Biography

Dr Edel Ennis is a Lecturer in Psychology at Ulster University. Edel’s research interests are around mental health. Her current research programmes focus on how digital technologies may be applied to promoting help seeking for mental health difficulties and suicidal thoughts and behaviours. She is actively involved in collaborative research in data analytics applied to data relating to mental health including crisis helpline data, chatbot design and technology supporting mental health of younger people.
