Biography

Charlotte McKeown is a PhD researcher at Ulster University in Northern Ireland. Her research is focused on queer representation and subversive sexuality in Anne Rice's fictional works. She has been a poetry editor for the fourth and fifth volumes of Ulster University's literary journal, The Paperclip, as well as being published in both volumes. Her research interests are the Gothic, horror in literature, mythical creatures (specifically vampires) in literature, and queer fiction.
