Anne is a teaching fellow in Economics at the Ulster University Business School. She obtained her BSc in Economics and MSc in Management from Ulster University and more recently has been studying for a PhD in Economics from Queen's University Belfast.

Anne's research is in the area of applied economics. In particular she looks primarily at disability rates in Northern Ireland and the effect of the Troubles on current disability rates. She also looks at retirement pathways in England. Anne is interested in all aspects of economic inactivity in Northern Ireland and the UK as a whole.
