PhD Researcher Profile

I am a second year multi-disciplinary PhD reseracher, working across the Nutrition Innovation Centre for Health and the school of Geography and Environmental Sciences. My research focuses on the food insecurity crises within Northern Ireland whilst also investigating its associations with chronic diseases such as type-2 diabetes. I am keen on sharing my research, and have been a key speaker on one of thethe Food Standards Agency's Food for Thought webinars. Spreading awareness on issues such as food insecurity and mental health are key aspects of my work and align with my research interests.
