Collaborating with The Public Record Office Northern Ireland, and Map Monday. A co-curated solo exhibition of 2024 graduate Eve Davidson's Woven Textiles. An ethereal, sensitive reflection - a handwoven homage to the past and a nod to the ever changing.

Subject

Eve davidson, a recent Ulster University, Belfast School Of Art Graduate, draws inspiration from her local landscape. Influenced by a passion for weave and a love of history, her intricate interactive handwoven series of artworks showcases gradual changes over time of various locations across Newtownards. Meticulous overlays of O.S maps reference individual locations to reveal glimpses of past and present, inviting the viewer to look through the lens of an artist who delicately captures a beautiful narrative of change and time.
