Subject: Community Buddy Programme
Dear Cathal,
I’m pleased to say that we would like to partner you with Conor Forker from Clonmore Youth Club as part of the British Science Association’s Community Buddy programme.
We invite you attend an online workshop on Tuesday 24 August from 14.00-16.30, where we will provide training and connect you with your Buddy.
Please confirm that you can attend this training session by Monday 19 July.
At this time, we would like to remind you that participating in this programme involves
- attending the online training session,
- committing to meet your buddy at least six times over a six-to-eight-month period,
- and embracing the spirit of getting to know each other before embarking on project ideas.
Closer to the workshop, we will get in touch with the session agenda and a joining link for the day.
The BSA is committed to the fair and equal treatment of all people. Please let us know if you would like to discuss any reasonable adjustments to the training session for a mental or physical condition or impairment.
If you have any questions, please get in touch on [email protected].
Best wishes,
Alyssa Chafee
