Description

This programme is part of a collaboration of Public Broadcasters from across Europe (European Broadcasting Union members) that highlight projects involved in safeguarding the regions biodiversity. I was featured in a programme about one of the Northern IReland projects. The programme will also be broadcast in Europe by the following organisations: BBC Scotland, SVT (sweden), STV (Slovenia), TVR (Romania), BNVARRA (The Netherlands), DTV (Bavaria), RTE (Ireland), TVE (Spain), RTV (Switzerland).

    The programme covered my work on the LIFE Raft project + on Rathlin island where i was leading the eradication of feral ferrets and rats on the island. This work was undertaken to protect the internationally and nationally important seabird colonies that are found there. The show highlighted the work we did.
