Article in Irish News using the most recent NISRA data on Northern Ireland regional accounts to demonstrate how the Northern Ireland economy investment rate is only 62% of the UK average.


How recent NISRA data confirms that the NI economy is one that insufficiently prioritises investment. Repeated decisions- both private and public sector- suggest priority is maintaining consumption. A collective (and small p political) failure which implies it will very hard to build sustainable prosperity in the region.
