A virtual book talk featuring Dr. Catherine O'Rourke (Ulster University; 2016 Fulbright Scholar at the University of Minnesota) in conversation with Ambassador Bonnie Jenkins (Senior Fellow, Humphrey School of Public Affairs). Dr. O'Rourke will discuss her book, Women's Rights in Armed Conflict under International Law, which addresses the laws, norms, and institutions that focus on women's lives in conflict. Ambassador Jenkins will bring her experience in the U.S. State Department working in areas of international security, nonproliferation, and global health and her broad knowledge of international law to the discussion.
