The Fragility of Life: exploring maternal health in vulnerable communities

Description

Research shows us that mothers and babies are often the ones who are most impacted by political instability and conflict, especially in fragile or remote settings. In the School of Nursing and Paramedic Science we have been working with communities across different regions of Myanmar and beyond to explore the socio-economic and contextual challenges facing families and communities and to work together to find ways to them.
