Prof Rory O'Connell spoke on 'The Shadowlands of Equality: the Windsor Framework and Northern Ireland' at this half day conference in Dublin orgnanised by the Jean Monnet Centre Cork. The paper was based on research Rory is doing with Dr Sarah Craig and Dr Claire Lougarre.
