This Show and Tell looked at the Martin Parr collection held by Tate's Library and ArchiveFollowing a two year cataloguing project, Tate Library and Archive invite you to view a selection of material from the photobook collection of Martin Parr, along with a talk from Tate Curator Yasufumi Nakamori.
The Martin Parr collection comprises of over 12,000 items. The collection’s strengths lie in its extensiveness of photobooks from around the world, with a focus on documentary photography and propaganda materials. It includes key works by renowned photographers, alongside self-published amateur work and mass-produced commercial books.
