This seminar is a dialogue with the Colombian Truth Commissioner Carlos Beristain and academics on truth and memory as victims’ rights with on Northern Ireland and Colombia’s experiences. The seminar was organised by the Transitional Justice Institute, Conflict Textiles, the Thomas P. O’Neill Chair in Peace based at the International Conflict Research Institute (INCORE) at Ulster University and the Colombian Truth Commission in UK/Ireland.
