The Transitional Justice Institute and Equality Coalition hosted this workshop 'Section 75 Equality Duty after the Children’s Law Centre Budget Judicial Review: Where Now?' to examine the implications of the recent Judicial Review on Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act, which was taken by the Children’s Law Centre (CLC). Prof Christopher McCrudden delivered a keynote address on the case and was joined on the panel by Louise Conlon (Equality Commission) and Eamonn McNally (CLC), Eliza Browning (CAJ) chairing. The event was opened by Prof Siobhán Wills, TJI Director and Daniel Holder (CAJ Director, Equality Coalition co-convenor) set the scene and launched a report by the Equality Coalition on a previous event. Prof Rory O'Connell helped with the organisation.
