Report on the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Procedures during the COVID-19 Pandemic for Connswater Shopping Centre and Retail Park

At the request of Connswater Shopping Centre and Retail Park Management, the Ulster University Environmental Health Team undertook a public health risk assessment of Connswater Shopping Centre and Retail Park, Belfast, Northern Ireland and reviewed current practices and procedures in response to the recent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
We recognise the excellent work and preparation by Connswater Shopping Centre and Retail Park and in particular the Centre Management’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The brief recommendations included in this report are designed to enrich the current mitigation procedures in place at Connswater Shopping Centre and may be of use.
