Description

This work builds on previous work by Ulster University for the financial year
2013/14 and 2017/18 in the calculation of adjustment factors for 2020/21 to be applied in Northern Ireland in accordance with the appropriate DCLG Guidance. It provides NIHE with Adjustment Factors for the valuation of social dwellings as applied to the beacon valuations and NIHE stock mix to produce EUV-SH for each of the 34 district office divisions, within the 13 Housing Management Areas of Northern Ireland.
