Presentation to School of Education colleagues at Research Away Day 2022 - in this talk I told the story of my own research career trajectory, including what my research profile was, how I wanted it to evolve, how I sought to make this happen - the enablers and obstacles. In the talk I aimed to help colleagues who are beginning or moving along their own research career trajectory. I gave a similar talk to colleagues in the School of Nursing.
