Dr Esther McGuinness, Desmond Ryan (TCD) and Prof Rory O'Connell participated in a panel on Employment Law, chaired by Desmond Ryan as part of the Irish Association of Law Teachers' conference in QUB, 2022. Dr McGuinness spoke on 'Mapping the contours of 100 years of employment law on the island of Ireland', Desmond Ryan on 'Common law protections for employees: developments in Ireland and Northern Ireland' and Prof O'Connell on 'Employment law North and South, and the role of constitutions and individual rights'.
