To develop a novel Process Mining methodology for OpenSky to be used with new and existing customers. OpenSky can then objectively analyse system event logs to identify bottlenecks and process abnormalities. Machine learning will be applied to simulate various scenarios for improved systems that OpenSky can create for their customers.
