Following successful application Dr John Bustard received an Award of 10,00 euro toward the development of the RAPPORT platform which stands for the ‘Rapid App Prototyping Platform and Open Innovation Resource Toolkit’.
The platform has has supported IFITT members globally, with 20 app platforms licenses developed and supported through the open process in 2016 aimed at those who wished to use mobile apps within their research or for IFITT educators who wished to provide ‘innovation workshops’ around app development. This platform has allowed for multiple use cases, some of which shall be shared within the report. The opportunity exists for those IFITT members to continue to explore innovative research and learning in a second phased, around the development and design of mobile applications.
