Description
In this talk you will be taken through a drifting personal research journey which starts by exploring how we design video games for cats, and ends with a headset that helps you ‘see like a horse’. Alan will take you through his work, his reflections on method and present his newly finished piece Equine Eyes (2024), which explores alternative feminist methods for understanding other species. It will map out a meandering adventure into method, reflective embodiment, immersive technology, interspecies empathy, and anti-positivist approaches to bridging interspecies divides.| Period | 4 Dec 2024 |
