The promotion of entrepreneurship in Northern Ireland is a key economic driver and is also seen to contribute to social inclusion. The purpose of this position paper is to examine the potential for embracing and monitoring ethnic minority entrepreneurship in Northern Ireland. This paper looks at existing literature and the available evidence to explore the merit in its adoption as a core economic strategy. In turn we examine current policy and practice in this area and provide recommended next steps.
This will be of interest to individuals and organisations committed to promoting entrepreneurship and small business growth in Northern Ireland.
