Description

This invited talk explored the surrealist and Pop elements in Violeta Parra's art. I was kindly invited by Stephanie Borkum General Operations Manager of Latin American House to present my work to the Latin American community in London. I also presented my book, Violeta Parra: Life and Work. The talk was accompanied by a short animation about Violeta Parra's life and a short documentary about the exhibition space Parra created, La carpa de la reina.
