Description
In order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction technologies between China and the UK, and promote the healthy and rapid development of low-carbon heating and cooling technologies as well as cooperation and exchanges, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the University of Glasgow jointly held the China-UK low-carbon heating and cooling technology workshop. The event was supported by the British Council (BC) and China National Natural Science Foundation Committee (NSFC) and aimed to build a new Sino-British low carbon heating and refrigeration relations of cooperation involving experts and scholars and providing young scholars a study, cooperation and exchange platform for clean development. More than 100 participants shared and learned from each other's experience in energy conservation andemission reduction, discussed the development direction and potential of energy
conservation and emission reductions, and further promoted international scientific research cooperation and exchanges.
