This book launch included the following speakers: Anna Myriam Roccatello, Deputy Executive Director and Director of Programs of the ICTJ; Victor Madrigal-Borloz. the UN Independent Expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity; Dr. Catherine O'Rourke. Dr. O'Rourke is Director of the Transitional Justice Institute and Senior Lecturer in Human Rights and International Law in the School of Law at Ulster University; and , Kelli Muddel. Ms. Muddell is Director of the Gender Justice Program (GJP) at the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ).
