    Research reveals the importance of hope for predicting academic success and wellbeing in. schools and colleges. Hope keeps students motivated, on track and filled with a sense of agency and determination. It builds self-efficacy, persistence, optimism and resourcefulness.
    The aim of the session was to present and discuss a reliable way of measuring academic self-efficacy in undergraduates with a view to exploring what this concept has to offer.
